Staying here was a delightful experience! The modern design and clean rooms made it feel upscale. Our bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave! While parking was a bit confusing, it’s conveniently situated near the riverfront. A solid choice for families or couples. Just wish breakfast was included!

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff provided a warm welcome. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the floor was dirty, and we found a pill and hair in the room, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt dusty, especially in the morning light, which was disappointing for what we expected from our visit.

the ac hotel by marriott pittsburgh downtown has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. it was super easy to get to the concert! the staff was friendly and attentive, which added to our pleasant stay. although the room was cozy, it could use a good cleaning because we found hair and dust bunnies on the floor.

Parking isn’t included, which could have been clarified before arriving. Unloading luggage prior to check-in felt a bit awkward since the parking lot is right next to the hotel but lacks clear instructions. Additionally, the cleanliness of the gym and common areas left something to be desired, with a broken shower door dampening the experience. Breakfast options were meager, not worth the price tag, with just a few items offered.

We loved that the hotel was close to great dining and entertainment. The Rooftop Terrace was a highlight, and the city views were stunning. Plus, the rooms were super comfortable. Definitely recommend checking out the nearby tech museum and the iconic Point State Park for a good time.

One issue was the slow elevator service during peak hours, which got a bit frustrating at times, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Communication was a struggle. heavy accents left me guessing. Plus, dropping $300 a night but needing to shell out $15 for breakfast felt like a hit to the wallet, even with a nice view.
